Golf Leagues
If you are interested in having a league play or if you are interested in joining a league at Groesbeck please contact Greg Webber at greg.webber@lepfa.com.
Fee Collection and Payment
- All green fees must be paid by the first week to ensure a spot. League representatives should collect all fees from players and make a single payment on the first night.
Rainout/Missed Rounds
- In the event of a rainout, leagues will play the same 9 holes as the previous week.
- In the event of a rainout, leagues that paid the entire season upfront, can have make-up rounds at the end of the season. League presidents will need to contact Greg, Alis or Scott.
- League members that cannot attend a round, will need to have a substitute or contact the League President. No rainchecks will be given out to individual league members.
Pace of Play & Cart Return
- We ask that golfers maintain a pace of play that ensures a round of 9 holes is completed in 2 hours and 15 minutes with no more than a one hole gap in-between league players.
- Golfers need to return their cart promptly to make it available for other players checking in. Scoring, signing cards, and hanging out can be done at the putting green or clubhouse.
New Players/Substitutes
- It is highly recommended that League Presidents have a list of 3 – 5 substitutes on-call in the chance an individual league member cannot make it.
- If a league needs new players or substitutes, please let staff know. There is always a list of golfers interested in participating!
Groesbeck Golf Course Etiquette to keep the greens looking great every round!
- Stay on cart paths and at least 30 feet from tee boxes and greens.
- Do not drive between greens and bunkers.
- Repair any divots and place trash in the designated bins.
- The area between the 2nd green and 3rd tee is being cultivated with natural grass; please refrain from driving off the cart path to reach the 3rd tee box.
